this company is a complete rip off. They advertsie a tv atenna for $19.95. When you order and give your credit card - they charge you for $65.91. They add in a bunch of equipment that you did not order. If you try to call them to cancel the order they tell you you cannot do anything for 5 days - by that time they have already chatged your card and shipped the junk. They tell you that you can return the order but you have to pay $16.00 in shipping to return the merchandise. When I finally got through to thier customer service they told me I would not have to pay return shipping charges - but when you get the merchadise they will not authorize free shipping. This company is a complete scam and I would advise no one to order anything from them.

Just a follow up om the on going rip off of CLEAR TV - I was promised a credit if I returned the junk they sent me but there is a catch - you have to call to get A "Return Authorization Number" BEFORE you return the merchandise -ONE PROBLEM - WHEN YOU TRY TO CALL THEIR SO CALLED CUSTOMER SERVICE NUMBER TO GET THE RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER YOU GET A RECORDING SAYING THEY ARE BUSY AND YOU HAVE TO CALL BACK - I CALL THE NUMBER FOR 8 DAYS AND NEVER COULD GET THROUGH!!! - SO I AM STUCK - LUCKILY I DISPUTED THESE CHARGES ON MY CREDIT CARD AND THEY ARE HELPING TO RESOLVE THE PROBLEM - MY CREDIT CARD COMPANY INFORMED ME THAT THEY HAD A LOT OF COMPLAINTS WITH THIS RIP-OFF COMPANY - DON'T DO BUSINESS WITH THEM!

What are you talking about saying it's my fault and I should read the "fine Print" You do not provide any fine print!! I talked to a computor - no humans - and a $19.95 turned into a $65.00 charge on my credit card which I did not authorize. I attempted to reach a Human being to dispute the charge as I discovered the rip-off and got another recording saying I could not do anything for 5 days! That's interesting because that gives you 5 days to bill my credit card and ship the merchandise.
You are running a huge scam and your $19.95 antenna - buy one get one free- turns into a $65.00 Charge! Now I have to wait for the junk to be delivered and pay to ship it back. When my credit card attempted to contact you a girl told them there would beh no return shipping charges - another lie. You know you are ripping off people and trying to say it the customer's fault because "They did'nt read the fine print" Give me a break.

You made an assumption based on the information you were given. The antenna is $19.99 but ANYTHING else is still going to cost you. Had you researched this you would have found this to be true. But since youre complaining, it can be assumed on our end that you did not. Its NOT a scam or a ripoff when YOU dont do your part. Every offer has fine print. THERE IS ALWAYS FINE PRINT!! If you do not read this, then YOU accept whatever it is they send you. It may seem unfair on your end to expect you to do the SIMPLEST of tasks and READ. But YOU do have a part in all of this.
