TSCSHOPS Not answering emails, facebook messages, no contact what so ever from TSCSHOPS. Damaged PetSafe Dog Fence Transmitter. Is this company fraudulant???????? Chino California

Hi, this company is unreal and I do not believe now for one minute that it is ligit. I mailed the following 2 email address service@ingroundfencestore.com and return@ingroundfencestore.com on Thursday 1st May 2014 as per TSCSHOPS website where I purchased the PetSafe Dog Fence Transmitter and explained that the transmitter was damaged.  I explained in detail what the issue was and sent 4 pictures to prove the transmitter was damaged and also sent my credit card statement and paypals statement as proof of purchase as I only purchased it on 30th July 2013.

After 5 days I still had no answer.  I did express the urgency of this as my dog was at risk every minute they did not answer, apparently they couldn't give a d**n.  I then messaged them 3 times on facebook as I was getting no answer from the email address that I mailed and guess what still no answer.  Then on Tuesday 6th May I raised a complaint with Business Consumer Alliance and waiting on a reply from them now.  I am at my wits end, I work 9 to 5 so I am not at home to keep my pet safe and worry all day. It has now been 6 days.

I just want them to replace it or refund me so I can purchase one ASAP from another company who won't take the piss out of their customers.  They actually printed on their website the following - OUR SATISFACTION GUARANTEE - - (ya right, what a load of rubbish)

I am not having my pet at risk because of incompetence of this company TSCSHOPS
