They supplied us with an order # and tracking #. When we still hadn't received the package in August we called usps who told us that a shipping label was created but was not shipped! We have now tried to contact them 30 times via email and phone with no response! When you call it immediately goes to music and after 6min a recording comes on saying every customer service rep is busy and you get hung up on! After researching them we found one principal backer Magnolia Management company inc with the same physical address. The number all users are given to call is a Vodafone network Uttar pradesh west & Uttarakhand Telecom Circle.
