TSM Moving & Storage Ltd ,Sean, Fraud, Scam, Loaded our belongings but never deliver it, Mississauga Ontario

  I signed a contract with Sean from TSM moving & storage ltd on Dec 4 2016 to move my belongings from Mississauga to St. Johns Newfoundland. I paid a cash deposit to Sean when he came to my place to estimate the weight of the stuffs we want to ship. I should pay the rest when the stuffs arrive in our destination place. We agreed that the load date will be on Dec 30th 2016. The truck driver came in the evening to our place in Mississauga, loaded our belongings and now 2 months later, I have not received my belongings. Approximately, 3 days after the load date, he texted me saying that the shipment should be getting loaded on that week and begin its transport to Newfoundland. And he asked me to pay $350 because he needs to forward some funds to the driver ,which is not as stated in our contract. Our contract says that I will pay the remaining balance when our stuffs arrive in my place. Anyway I sent him $262 instead of 350 and he said that he will re send me the final bill once he receives the money. But he NEVER send me the final bill!

After that day, everytime I texted him asking for an update, he replied me in two or three or even 4 days later. Not answering the call anymore. On Jan 12th 2017, he said that the driver is finishing up his loading in Quebec and leaving for east. On Jan 20th 2017 he said that the driver will be crossing to Newfoundland on Sunday. Jan 26th he said that the driver is in Newfoundland and hopefully by tomorrow (Jan 27th) it will arrive. But no, our belongings have never been arrived. All of those update I received after I have to push and sent him many messages to get his reply and update. Since Jan 26th 2017, We tried to contact him, make phone calls from different numbers but he won't take the call. Texted him and emailed him, and got no answer. Until few days ago, I contacted him and told him to bring this case to the police and news. And he replied my message finally and told me that "He did not have our stuffs. That our belongings are already in St.Johns since a month ago but bcause the driver Cannot contact me so he has to put them in a storage somewhere in Newfoundland. I told him to give me the address of the storage and he promised to get back to me in a couple of days. But as usual, until now I got no update from him.

We are suffering because of this! We arrived in St.Johns just with luggage containing our clothes. We had nothing in our new place because we expected to get our belongings including our beds soon. In the contract, it says that delivery date is 5 to 10 business days. And this is more than 10 business days! He took our money and our belongings! Oh one more thing, the address he put in the contract is wrong or maybe fake? My brother went to that address but it was not TSM moving office. I just want my belongings back! This is a moving company that is irresponsible, unprofessional and has no respect to the customer. And maybe worst... i would highly advice to never ever hire this company!
