TSP Travel Charge appeared on credit card staqtement Unknown, Washington

When reviewing my credit card statement I found a charge by "TSP*TRAVEL".  The phone number 877-283-5585 followed by "WA" is given, implying a Washington State location.  The phone number is answered by a cheerful female voice who provides no useful information about the charge or the company or its website.  Instructs t ologin on website, which is not given.  Search on "TSP travel" turns up a travel company in Capetown, South Africa; it is not the source of the charge.     A search on "tsp*travel" leads to a blind alley.  Advised credit card company about the apparently bogus charge and apparently bogus company.
