I don't know how I got connected to these folks, I thought I was booking directly with the hotel. I think it may have been through hotels.com, not sure. Charged me more than the quoted price. Promised to email confirmation and receipt. Never received anything. The hotel said the room was paid through expedia. Turns out its "expedia affiliate network", not expedia.com, and they do the billing for tsp travel. Not too happy.
