I don't know how many people have heard of the TTH Label. It's an online-operated duplication service that has terrible customer service and lacks the ability to produce a high quality or even a satisfactory product. I recently had a bad experience with them. Two days ago, one of my fans sent me a message via MySpace, complaining that they hadn't received a CD of mine they ordered from the TTH label (who produced Cds as fans bought them). She said she paid for 2-5 day shipping and hadn't received the CD for 14 and counting (still don't know if she's even gotten it yet). And to make matters worse, the TTH owner cusses her out for calling the number that shows up on her credit card statement and sends her nasty, slanderous emails. I apologized and went to the TTH website to investigate.
Sure enough, I see a nasty message from the TTH "Admin" complaining about my fan and threatening to shut down the "Indie Store." Oh, and by the way, it took them 4 weeks to pay me for my CD salesand actually I'm still waiting on the money (they don't pay artists on timeand maybe not at all). Well, I decided to post the messages that my fan sent me (including copies of the nasty emails the owner sent my fan) in the forum to let everyone see what the owner was really like. Of course, he got angry, sent my nasty emails and blocked me from the site. I told him this wouldn't go down quietlyand it won't.
The TTH Label is very unprofessional, has completely horrible customer service (if you want to even call it thatmore like customer harassment), and does terrible quality work. I noticed a few quirks in their productions, hence I never ordered cds through them after my first 2 orders.
Paul Heffley is the owner of TTHand my advice is to stay far far away from this guy.

First of all, "Paul Heffley" has no association with this company, but you'll know his name soon from all of these fraud messages you've been posting because he's going to file suite against you. You're slandering his name and he has nothing to do with the company, you will be seeing him in court Mr. Carroll because you can't slander people in this country.
This guy is going around all over the place lieing about my company because we banned him for foul language and threats to our employee's when we didn't perform up to his standards, notice how mr carroll says the quality of our product is horrible, but this below is an email right from him that I can prove to anyone who asks, I have his ip address and the time of posting:
"Just got the CD...looks great! The case was badly cracked, but I think that's due to the post office not labeling it as "FRAGILE", but other than that, you guys did an excellent job. Nice work...you have a new regular now!
One question...If I want to upload a whole different CD, when I order, how can I choose how many of each one I want?"
This guy is lieing, and this post shouldn't even be allowed to remain up. It falsely slanders a retired person who worked at the same company for over 40 years and never had anything to do with my company.
