Company president Ray Anderson and CEO Keith White hired me to make drawings of Atmospheric Water Generator. I did around 50 full sizes drawings of various parts of this machine in December 2006. They were happy with the work and agreement was to pay on hourly rate. I spend total 71 hours to do this job. They continue to promise to pay and when I asked about payment, they started to send emails like this:

I agree that we need to take care of Valery. He is an important asset to us and we are way past due. Can you please apply more pressure to the current contracts on the table? We need a firm completion date.

They have company in USA and both live in Great Vancouver, BC. I understand that they decided to save 2100 CAD (what they have due to pay me). OK. Good luck. I believe, to continue to make business like this, they will destroy their professional reputation and loose match more.
