TU-Transunion Trans Union Credit Report They charge my Credit card for $ 18,95 for a credit report that suppose to be free through Annual credit Nationwide

I was trying to get my annual credit report for free at www.annualcreditreport.com and i was directed to Trans union,they asked to fill out all the information,credit card etc,after i submited it i checked my credit card and to my surprise i was charged already $ 1 dollar,now 7 days later i was charged again another $ 17,95.They do not want to refund the money and i asked for a cancellation,now my money is lost and i hope they cancel it.By the way i never had the chance to see my credit report although i triyed many times.It is a complete ripoff,a bunch of thieves.Never use Transunion,they should be taken out off  business.Thanks very much.Miguel
