Tubeinator - Revolution Tilt stole money and did not give me my money back Georgetown California

I bought tubeinator for $42.00 and when i put my American express gift card number in to buy the software it said ( Card Declined ) after it said that i checked the balance left on my card and the balance was $8.00 and i had a $50.00 gift card below my balance it said minus $42 dollars witch is the same exact price tubeinator cost. At this point i knew they had stolen my money and i wrote Tubeinator and told them that i wanted my download and i got a response. The response was from Sherrie M. and she told me to download a trial copy of tubeinator and she gave me a product code to activate tubeinator and i followed these steps and as soon as i thought that the software was working it had an error when trying to use it. I then checked my email and retrieved on saying common errors and i found my error and it told me what to do, what i had to do was download something i forgot the name of what i downloaded but it was from Microsoft and ever since i downloaded this it will not let me go to tubeinator.com and my full trial was fake it said that i had a demo trial again and i have not been receiving any emails from tubeinator ever since. Many other people have had this same problem, i found this out while do some more research. All i need is for justice to come for all of the people that got ripped off by tubeinator.
