Tucker, Albin & Associates Tried to strong arm my company into paying for services Richardson, Texas

I was contacted by a Matt Christensen about how they can collect money from unpaid debts owed to my company even if they were old and forgotten about. There fee would only be paid if they could collect they would keep 50% of what they collect. Sounds good right!!. After I gave them a old collection they called me to say that they would not be able to collect because there was a bankruptcy involved. Since they could not collect and it was my fault that I now owe them 50% of the fee which would be $3,000. But they would settle for around $2,200 or I could give them a reatiner fee of $1,100 and they could still pursue some other actions. They also stated that since there was a bankruptcy that they were going to be fined $50,000 and that I must act immediately with a retainer or I would be liable for the fine. I spoke with my attorney and he said do not pay them a dime that it was a big scam to scare my company into paying for services that they could not deliver. Do not use this firm for anything they will try to scare you into paying for services that they do not intend on delivering!!
