TUCSON HOME RENTERS BEWARE ! BPMG REALTY AND JAMES LANDON
BPMG REALTY AND ITS OWNER JAMES LANDON give landlord an even worse name . The owner DR. JAMES LANDON ownes 50 homes in Tucsion Arizona and another 50 in Phoenix. JAMES LANDON business practice is to rent HIS homes to people that have majotr structual damage . He covers it up with white wash and then lets a renter move in. JAMES LANDON then lets the home fall apart and claims that the tenant is responsible for the damage. JAMES LANDON hides his corproation behind another he owns named BPMG REALTY.
BPMG REALTY is JAMES LANDON OF TUCSON ARIZONA front company.JAMES LANDON AND BPMG REALTY only accept CASHIERS CHECKS as a form of payment He channels money away from BPMG REALTY into multiple accounts including non taxable trust funds, when he is collectiong capital gains and is not reporting these gains on his taxes . He is in essence evading taxes and commiting TAX FRAUD !
BPMG REALTY AND JAMES LANDON are the worse type of property owners you will find. Renters beware ,DO NOT RENT A FOME FROM THESE COMPANIES. Your experience will end badly and YOUR MONEY WILL BE STOLEN. DR .JAMES LANDON IS and BPMG REALTY is a renters nightmare. In an effor to help others stay away from this company we are making this post as a warning !
If you come accross a home for rent that says BMPG REALTY steer clear of it. No matter how bad you may need a home to rent BPMG REALTY is not an option. JAMES LANDON THE DOCTER is the worst type of property owner and LANDLORD !
