Tucson Police Pulled over for failing to stop for a red light while making a uturn Tucson Arizona

Sice Tucson closed many of its dougnut shops the police have little to do but pull drivers over for fake tickets to make money for the city. I had missed my street so about 200 feet from a red light with no traffic coming from either way I made a uturn which is legal. As soon as i finished the cruisers lights came on and I made a left turn onto a side street.  The officer was rude, condescending, and should be working in a wharehouse where he has no contact with the public, the badge giving him a power complex. He ended up writing me a citation for failing to stop for a red light, and ignoring a traffic sign, which i was unable to see since his lights blinded me, and I turned onto the side street to keep out of traffic. Neither citation is legal and the stop should not have been made at all, since making a U Turn on that street is not illegal, and there was no need for me to stop at a light I was not close to.
