I ORDERED THE PRODUCT TRIAL. AFTER A SHORT TIME LIKED THE PRODUCT AND ORDERED THE FULL VERSION. PAID THE $39.90. AFTER THAT NOTHING HAPPENED. I REQUESTED THE SERIAL, CODE, OR WHATEVER TO UPGRADE TO FULL VERSION. NO RESPONSE. I CONTINUED TO REQUEST. NOTHING. ASK FOR REFUND. NOTHING HAPPENED FOR DAYS. I ASKED THEIR FINANCIAL GO BETWEEN TO INTERVENE. AFTER A THREAT TO POST THEM ALSO THEY SENT AN EMAIL THAT WOULD CONTACT. AFTER MORE THREATS TO THE VENDOR I GOT A SERIAL TO THE FULL VERSION.
BY THIS TIME I WAS NOT INTERESTED IN FURTHER CONTACT WITH PEOPLE WHOS CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS TERRIBLE. I REQUESTED THE REFUND AGAIN. I STILL HAVE NOT SOWNLOADED THE FULL VERSION. I GOT A NASTY GRAM THAT SAYS IN AFFECT YOU ARE NOT GETTING YOUR MONEY BACK. SOME KIND OF BUSINESS. I WOULD RECOMMEND ANY OTHER SOFTWARE VENDOR. PRODUCT IS NOT THE ONLY THING THAT MAKES FOR GOOD BUSINESS. TERRIBLE.
