In January 2014 I purchased (and paid by visa online) a hard-to-find Orient watch, than ordered a second one 2 weeks later on www.tulipwatches.com
Both shipments were expected to arrive within 2 weeks. Since they never sent me any tracking numbers I started to worry and contacted the online customer service. They said no tracking are provided.... Both orders were about $250 total value.
They asked me to wait another 2 weeks but still nothing in my mailbox... Contacted online customer service again and started to complain. Customer service was rude and told me they would fight any fraudulent credit card charge backs! They was no way to talk to someone over the phone...
That was more than enough for me and fortunately my bank (credit card issuer) refunded the fees in my account within 4 weeks.
This website is a TRUE scam, be very careful and shop on Ebay, Amazon or with any other safe web merchant.
Do NOT buy from Tulip Watches.
