Tulsa Oklahoma DHS, CPS Ann Knode, Matt Backus, Foster Parents Lied, wrongfully, distroied, hurt, confused, stole Tulsa Oklahoma

two years ago 3 months after my 2nd grandchild was born i recieved a phone call from my daughters friend saying that dhs was there to take my grandkids on a complaint they recieved. i told her to tell them to not take them i will come get them and i ask what the complaint was, she said they wont tell us and they said i couldnt take them that they were going to the shelter. going to that shelter to see my grandkids was so hard, it was terrible and heart breaking. after the kids being in the shelter for a week and a half they were placed with a foster family, we couldnt find out who they were, where they lived, when we could see the kids, and couldnt get anyone to return our calls to find out anything. this went on for two weeks until i filed a complaint online, the very next morning i got a call from someone at the dhs office, thats when we found out that the case worker matt backus was no longer our worker, thats why no one returned our calls. our new case worker was ann knode, and i was given her phone number and i called her, two days later i got a call back from her and i ask her when we could see the kids and who the foster family was. she said that we wasnt allowed to have any information about that. well i made more phone calls to ann knodes supervisor and told her what i was told and she informed me that  wasnt true and she would have ann to set up a meeting with the foster parents and your visitations will be set back up. we met foster family and we were comfortable with them, after a few visits with the kids once a week with someone from the dhs office the foster parents started brining the kids for visitation. at first we would meet them somewhere for visitation until i got my apartment, then we met at my place once a week for visitation. my daughter was jumping throught hoops to get her plan done so she could get her kids back home and we finally went to court and thats when we found out what the complaint was and who filed it. my daughters 2nd babys daddy called dhs and told them that she was living under a bridge with my grandkids strungout on drugs, that was a lie. the reason he called and made that complaint about my daughter was because she caught him cheating on her with her bestfriend and that he was doing drugs and she splitup with him and wouldnt take him back that person who destoyed us is in prison now. so out of anger he destroyed our lives, now they know the accusesation he made to dhs was a lie and they still have the kids. as time went on fighting this we noticed that the foster parents were too attached to our kids, the foster mother even said to me that she loved my granddaughter so much that she felt like my granddaughter came out of her and not my daughter. but we tryed to just let it go in one ear and out the other, we just wanted to get this over with and get the kids home. it seem like that nothing was really moving towards getting the kids home and we found out that being that we are cherokee indian and are on the cherokee nation tribal roll that they would help us. so we contacted them and they stepped in to help, they ask why didnt i foster the kids i told them that tulsa dhs said i couldnt. i ask our case worker several times about it and kept getting excuses. i live with my bestfriend and i dont have my own place, so i got my own place. then it was my daughter is staying with me, so she moved out and then ann knode the case worker said after me asking again can i foster the kids told me sure all we need to do is get you certified and fingerprinted, and background check. well nothing got done and we would call her to find out what was going on, or even if we had questions, like is it right for the foster mother to keep saying the things shes saying about our kids and having them call them mom and dad. but of course she would never return our calls, so i told the foster mother how ann knode would never return our calls and the foster mother said that ann knode had told her that she didnt have to and didnt have to help my daughter with anything to get her plan done. so cherokee nation stepped in and they put me through the classes and got me certified through them and had my homestudy. our case worker through cherokee nation dhs was fixing to come to my place for the final step and for me to sign some papers and was going to start the transition of the kids from there to with me and just a few days befor we found out that the foster parents went to court to stop placement with me and the judge granted them placement. about 2 months befor that my daughter was suppose to go to court for a hearing because she wouldnt give up her rights and they said the only alternative she had was jury trail so thats what she took. when it got close to the hearing my daughter had me to ask julie goodroe the foster mother if her hearing was march 10th and julie said no. its the 19th. so i told her that we just wanted to make sure, because we never get anything in the mail about when to be in court but the goodroes always got theirs in the mail. well as our luck would have it court was on the 10th of march and we missed it, so they filed motion to terminate. needless to say the court appointed attorney never helped us either, so we didnt know what was going on half the time. then we had heard that the goodroes was going to do everything they could to get the kids and spend how ever much money it takes, they had two attorneys and when they found out i got fostercare certified they went befor the judge and won placement. we are not wealthy like the goodroes but we can afford to take care of the kids, and give them a good loving home. they took our life away when they took our kids, i have aged ten years and my daughter is mentally depressed as am i. my grandson and i have a awesome bond and the goodroes know this, i call him everyday i have to hear his voice everyday. now im lucky if i get to talk to him twice a week and we havent seen them in a month. we are doing our best not to break, and we are deffently not giving up. i dont know what else we can do with no money for a attorney, and i dont know what all our rights are if we have any left. the goodroes told us that they dont have to let us talk to riley my grandson and they dont have to do visitation because my daughter has lost her rights. we can only pray its still not too late to do something and if not what can we do. please if theres anyone or an attorney that would be willing to sue tulsa ok dhs and allow us to pay for attorney fees if you win our case please let me know. there is no reason for them to do this to us, this is so unjust and dhs is suppose to be all about reunifacation but thats a lie, if it were true the kids would be with me, their maternal grandma. someone please help us befor they steal my bond with my grandson, i can hear it in his voice that things are not the same between us. i can live without my grandkids they are my
