Do not - under any circumstance - trust this company located in Jaipur India. The billing for this company is serviced by Cleverbridge AG in Koeln (Cologne) Germany.
I recently received an e-mail from TuneUpPro through Cleverbridge informing me that my subscription to this service (which I did not even know I had) would automatically renew in December 2015 unless I cancel. The message provided a link to "CANCEL" the renewal. However, as soon as I clicked on the cancellation link, I got a screen giving me a NEW Registration Key and telling me that my credit card will be charged for the renewal.
This is an example of the type of underhanded, crooked, deceitful, unscrupulous, and fraudulent means that these software companies are resorting to to get your dollars.
Stay away from TuneUpPro and do not trust anything that Cleverbridge sells you. They promote many companies that are under the radar and they cannot be trusted.

Reversed NEW Charges but OLD Charges remain

Thank you Rip Off Report for at least getting me off the hook for 2016 charges. The Unscroupulus company: TuneUpPro located in Jaipur India, with the billing serviced by Cleverbridge AG in Koeln (Cologne) Germany, relented and credited me for the 2016 automatic billing for services I never wanted and never received.
However, they still kept my money for "services" FY2015 which I cancelled and which I never received. They did NOTHING, absolutely - NOTHING, to help me with my problems. All they wanted was access to my computer and the ability to collect more and more money from me. I still got ROBBED by this company since I received no goods, no services, no anything, except a lot of aggravation and a tremendous amount of time trying to stop this company from robbing other people
They still call me on a regular basis and want to 'FIX MY COMPUTER" by allowing me to provide them with access to it. If you get such calls, do not trust them. They will do nothing except get rid of some temp files which in today's environment cause no problems whatsoever. You can get a number of FREE programs that will do that for you and will do a better job of it.
My favorite is Glary Utilities, but don't take my word for it. Check it out thoroughly yourself.
But whatever you do, "don't trust TuneUpPro located in Jaipur India, with the billing serviced by Cleverbridge AG in Koeln (Cologne) Germany.

You automatic subscription was cancelled.
Also we sent you a confirmation mail for subscription cancellation.

Please note we do not charge any of our customers, without there consent.
As you purchased the product under subscription you received the message before automatic billing.
You can anytime cancel it before being re billed. In case you face problem in cancelling it you can send an e mail to support@tuneuppro.com.
Also, if you are re billed we issue you a refund if you do not want to continue.
We suggest you to contact support team for assistance.
