I bought a ring from Tungsten fashions (Cicero) for $44.99 in June of 2016. The ring felt a little tight, so I didn't wear it much. A few months later I got an electronic caliper, and discovered the ring they sent me was a half size smaller than the one I ordered, and it was advertised as 9mm, but the one they sent was only 8mm wide. I contacted them, and they told me to just return it, and they would give me the correct ring. I returned the ring by US mail on April 21st 2017. In June of 2017 they sent me a ring that was much smaller than the one I returned for being too small. When I contacted them about the ring being even smaller then the one I returned, they said I would have to pay to exchange it. The small ring was worthless to me, so I agreed to pay the exchange cost under their lifetime coverage. It is now almost 7 months later, and they haven't replaced the ring which they agreed to exchange.
I have called, and emailed Damien numerous times. He is always polite, and he just tells me the ring will be there in a few days. This has been going on for nearly 9 months. I personally don't think they have the ring in a 9mm width. They are still advertisiing that they have the ring as "in stock", but according to Tungsten Fashions they are waiting for the shippment for over 9 months.
There is not a lot of money involved, but something is obviously wrong here. In my last email to Damien I simply requested that he show me an invoice that he had ever had the ring he is advertising, but he never returned the email. I have saw other similar complaints against Tungsten fashions on other complaint sites. First. Their onsite reviews are cherry picked. They never published mine.
I have never had such a bad on-line experience. Most on-line companies make sure to follow through when a customer orders something because they depend on a good reputation. I will likely never get my ring or the $44.99, but I can at least make the world a better place by protecting others from Tungsten Fashions. They have a nice Website, and they are very polite, but in my case they took my money, they haven't provided me with the product I ordered, and as of today they continue to advertise having the product "in stock" ( I just checked 1/18/2018). You can draw your own conclusion as to if they stole the ring I returned to them. For almost 9 months they have my money and ring, and after repeated promises to send me the correct ring I ordered, I have nothing.

Damien, I think you are trying to confuse the issue. Yes, I have had other problems with Tungsten Fashions, and I was able to resolve them with the help of my credit card company. I thought maybe it was a problem of confusion and not dishonesty, so I decided to give Tungsten Fashions a second chance. The things you bring up in your rebuttal are all in the past, and they are non issues at this point. I am just concerned about the one ring I paid for and returned to Tungsten Fashions under your "Lifetime Guarantee". I have copied and saved most of my correspondence with Tungsten Fashions including emails, exchanges with "Sean" live on line, and the complaints I had to file with my credit card company to get my money back on the other rings. I also have the receipts from the post office for the rings I have had to return in case you want to claim you don't have my ring. Damien, maybe you just forgot and need a little reminder, here are is an email regarding the ring I returned for the second time on 06-22-2017 to exchange for the ring that Tungsten Fashions sent that was even smaller than the ring I sent in originally to exchange for being too small. Mr Peterson ordered three rings all size 17 rings from us and we shipped all three rings. Let us be clear, he has been refunded in FULL. He stated he could not call us, because his long distance phone card had run out of minutes. He then emailed us, stating he made a mistake. He wanted to let us know that he ordered three rings by mistake and only wanted one ring.
The rings were shipped to him, he send them back to us, because the size 17 rings were too small for him. We then sent him another size larger, at no cost to him and that was also still too small for him.
We told him that it would be about 3 weeks to get the factory to make a ring that was large enough for him to wear comfortably. He didn't want to wait, so we refunded him in full.
We will not accept any order form Mr. Peterson. There are no false promises, we told him we would not accept any more orders from him. We can only think that this is why he is upset. We have over 60,000+ customers strong who we work very hard for. This report is false, Mr. Peterson has been refunded in full.
