OUCH! I won't ever give up! Tuolumne County Child Support Nazis have known of my actual income and are, by state regulation, (California Code of Regulations sub section 115530 a-6) supposed to automaticlly review my support order when they become aware of my actual income.

When they are taking 50% of something like unemployment insurance, they know of the actual income. Family code states that a parent should not have to endure significant delays or costs in establishing a proper child support order. Family law also states that child support orders are to be based upon the parents actual income and that a child should share in the same lifestyle as both parents.

Always fight back! Keep learning their laws, so you can use them in your defence and to use them against them. No person or company has a right to intentionally inflict emotional distress upon another, but you can fight back.
