you ever wonder why every thing in this town look's like !!!! thats because every one on the village or town was put there by [dad mom sister or brother]i am talking about this idiot's that are in charge we cant fix water or sewer lines we can't fix road's why dont the tax payer's in this town wake up and start voting on these positions and stick somebody in there that can actually fix these problems we do have people here that can do it except they dont have a [dad mom sister or brother] in a position to get them in !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I AM WRITING IN RESPONSE TO THE CALVIN CLARK INNCODENT NOW I DONT KNOW HIM VERY WELL BUT THE TOWN OF TUPPER LAKE IS VERY PARTICULAR AS TO WHO IT HIRES YOU REALLY HAVE TO KNOW SOME ONE IN ORDER TO GET A JOB.

TAKE IT FROM ME IF I DIDNT HAVE SO MUCH FAMILY IN SO MANY DIFFERENT PLACES THERE I WOULDENT HAVE GOTTEN ANYWHERE IN THAT PLACE. BUT MY MOTHER WAS ARRESTED AND CONVICTED OF A CRIME SHE DIDNT COMMIT, NOW EVERYWHERE SHE APPLIES
THEY SHOOT HER DOWN.

ITS JUST FUNNY TO ME HOW EVERYONE IN THAT TOWN WAS HER FRIEND BUT WHEN SHE NEEDS THEM NOW THAT SHE HAS A RECORD NOW

First & foremost I would like to say to whomever wrote this extremely flawed entry: If you are going to submit something of this nature, at least have the common sense to speak & write in proper English. That article sounds like it was written by a two year old. Not to mention the fact that you don't exactly have your story straight.



Being very close to both Calvin Clark & Pat Mc Lear, I can tell you first hand that you are way off the mark. Yes, Calvin did have a previous incident with the Police Department, I will give you that one. However, the money at the Fire Department is checked & double checked by several department members.



No one person has sole access to the money. Each day the driver's fund is checked for discrepencies. Furthermore, Calvin does not have access to the money from the pull tab machine.



As far as the claims you have made against Pat Mc Lear, whatever money he did take from the Fire Department, it was by no means $50,000.00. Please, if you have a problem with the leadership of our Village & our Village Organizations, why don't you attend a monthly Village meeting to address those concerns to someone who may be able to do something about it. Unless of course, you know that you are in a very small minority of people who feel the way you do & are afraid to step forward.



It is obvious to anyone in the Fire Department, or close to those in the department that the Volunteers trust Calvin with their lives. They have elected him to be their Chief. That's right...the Volunteers CHOSE him to lead them! So, you tell me, what does that say about his character? These men risk their lives everytime they respond to a call & they CHOSE to have Calvin as the one leading them into that danger every day.
