I am a customer service representative for the Turbo Cooker Plus. I am telling you people to stay away from us. The turbo Cooker will come incomplete, damaged or something else will be wrong with it. Right now everything is on back order (thats what their calling it) I call it keep placing your orders but we won't send you the product. I have customers who have been waiting months for their orders to arrive and or for their refunds to post. Truth is I believe the Turbo Cooker went under and they are no longer making the product.
Any refunds you are waiting for dont expect them to credit to your account any time soon. Im not sure if you ever will get the d**n refund. their laying us off April 15th, what does that tell you? The building is shuttin down. i hate this product, I hate the manufacturer, I hate that I have to lie to my customers in order for me to keep a job. Turbo Cooker will steal you rmoney or rip you off, do not order please
