Turbo MS QUEBEC

 Hello guys Im from Edmonton Alberta Canada. I bought one Turbo from them for my kenworth truck & a actuator as well.they ask me it will be one year warranty on them.they charge $2600 for turbo & $1000 for actuator &$600 for turbo core.So I paid them &$100 for shipping &+taxes.So its all together around $4500 dollars from my visa card on phone.when I recieved all stuff & my machanic was installing that on truck he just pluged that actuator on turbo & tried to calibrate; the actuator was not working so i talk to them & they said just return that actuator with old turbo core and they will refund my money when they recieve.&I bought another new one at a time from kenworth.and send my old turbo core &their brandnew actuator to them.but they never refund my $1600 dollar for that turbo core & the actuator which one i return them.And i talk to them few times but they said they allready recieved that stuff.& they will refund that money soon.My bad luck that their turbo stop working in a month.My truck make black smoke & loose power.My machanic said turbo is faulty.So i talk to them turbo ms guys.they said just send us that Turbo so they can cover that in warranty.So I send them next day by purolator.And I bought new one turbo from kenworth & start my work.but after that they never send me any money or that turbo to me.after few months around 7-8 months when I keep try to call them they just refund me $1500.that s all.they done froud $3000.So its my humble request to everyone that please DON'T BUY ANYTHING from them.You will waste your money and time.and its too much headache.And their main Guy Frederic don't understand english.only french.Please take a Action on them .thanks
