TurboTax.com Rude and thiefs Fort Lauderdale, Internet

I filed my taxes January 15, 2012 and there system was having a glitch showing 2 different amounts. I called and spoke to an agent from TurboTax who assured me the issue was taken care of and would receive the correct amount. Today i get a letter with the amount that is incorrect which was shown at the top not what was accepted. I wrote in chat and the gentleman i spoke to disconnected the chat and was very rude and was not very helpful. Now because they messed up and wont admit to it they locked me out of there site nd i cant ammend my taxes to fix there errors and have to wait even longer since they messed up because they decided to cut there services with me because of a mistake they have made. Its not right at all and im tired of being taken advantage of.
