Turco, Inc Jacqueline Turco Unauthorized ownership of website, knowingly false promises, dishonest, theft, scam Boca Raton Florida

Jacqueline presented her services as unique. She claimed a grant she would not give any specifics on could only be applied for once in a lifetime and would garner an organization funding support for a lifetime. In order increase qualifying possibilties, the website had to be optimized. We paid her and her company created our site. The grant turned out to be a Google Ad grant. She wanted more money to maintain the grant. Research found she was requesting more than the grants were known to make. Whenattempting to obtain the site, she would not release it without receiving more money. When asked who owned the domain name, she replied no one does. We waited until the site expired and now not even the domain name is available because Turco still "owns" it. How can a for profit company own a nonptofit organizations name?
