Rather than re-write an entire post about Turner Enterprises, Inc., I will keep this very short and direct you all to a different post I have written about K Marketing Group, Inc./Three Seven Marketing Group, inc.

These companies are ALL the SAME and offer the exact same things...and do so in VERY deceptive ways. I am posting this as someone who has interviewed with these companies...

First of all, please visit this thread & read carefully. Everything, and I repeat, EVERYTHING I have said on this other post about these other companies is 100% true of Turner Enterprises, Inc. in Bingham Farms, MI.

These companies lure you in by acting like they are a professional organization with an opening in...Management, Marketing, Promotions, Public Relations, YOU NAME IT...when in fact they are simply interviewing to find and hire as many suckers as they can for DOOR TO DOOR SALES.

Interview process goes like this -

1) Apply online

2) Get a call back...usually conveniently the same day.

3) Get invited in for a face to face interview...USUALLY ASAP (same day, next day, etc.). No real phone interview by the way, in case you are wondering - because you are being called by the Director of Human Resources - aka the Receptionist at the front desk....

4) Go in for face to face interview...Round 1 - they will ask you questions & if you are like me...you will be more confident and a better interviewer than the child interviewing you... Oh and they barely describe anything about the position...They don't go over pay (because it's all commission...)...They don't cover benefits (because there are none) and they barely touch on the actual job (because you'd run away).

5) Get a call back two hours after your first interview inviting you back for a 2nd interview, which is really an ALL DAY job shadow (we're talking 8 am - 6 pm with some random door to door salesman & chances are they will want to take your car).

6) Hopefully you never get to #6 b/c I have heard plenty of horror stories about how that 2nd day goes, but fortunately I did not partake..

By the way, if you don't read my other post...they don't reimburse you for mileage or gas if you work for them...

This company is a fraud and everything I said about Sam Striker & Charina Hansen in my other post is true of LINDSEY CARR AND ASHLEY BRANCHEAU.
