Turner Little Don't use their guaranteed bank account service! York Nationwide

I paid them £270 for a guaranteed UK based business bank account. After 3 months of constant chasing and them not responding they eventually opened me an account. It was with a bank in the Isle of Man and they said that it was the only option for me.

It was an offshore deposit account and not a bank account though so the fees are high and I was amazed when the bank chaged me another £250 for opening the account which I was not told about by Turner Little.

I have since found a UK bank account and opened it within 3 working days so I am bemused as to why a company who I have paid for a guaranteed UK bank account took over 3 months and to open an account that is not fit for purpose.

I have complained to Turner Little and James Little just doesn't want to know. In fact he has had the cheek to threaten me with legal action!!
