Turning Point Solutions, LLC Creditor: GS Holdings Harassing phone calls for 2 stating I owe on a credit card from 2008! Cheektowaga New York

Receiving harassing phone calls from these people for 2 weeks.  Finally talked to an Anthony @ 800.604.1147 stating I owed on a credit card from 2008 for $1,569.87 from Urban Trust Bank.  Informed him this was not my debt, never heard of this bank & aksed for credit card application & charge receipts with my signature for proof.  He said he couldn't do that cause these banks sell to others so many times.  Told him that was upsurd & noone has EVER contacted me for payment via mail, email or text.  He proceeded to threaten me with an asset search & a lien on my home, judgement on my bank account & garnishment against my employer.  This is either some sort of extortion plot or my identity was stolen & someone charged up a card.  He did have my address & the last 4 of my SS #.
