I purchased American Promise for this crook on Half.com on January 2, 2008. I filed a claim on January 30, 2008 as I had to cancel order as seller NEVER responded after book DID NOT ARRIVE as promised by seller. It is now March 31, 2008 and seller has never responded or refunded money. Ebay's Half.com said they are backed up with emails and don't know when they can get to resolving. That is not my problem. Meanwhile this seller is still on Half.com trying to sell. The account should be suspended by Half.com. Over 60 days and you can't get it corrected. LOUSEY CUSTOMER SERVICE. Ebay's Half.com does not mind making the money - what about their consumers?
