Turtle Mountain Communication - United Telephone Mutual Aid Web page different from actual cable tv services, when called about service rate changed (higher) and they changed web rates after wanting service at that rate Bottineau, Langdon North Dakota

i went on turtle mountain web page (utma.com) to check rates for cable tv for my son as he is disabled and has a limited income. i found a page listing Souris ,nd where the basic rate was $15.00 and they listed this rate as:
basic Service $15.00
chanel 2 hbo and channels 3,4,6,7,8,9,10,11,12,13 all for the rate of $15.00, i told my son with his income that it would be a good deal as his 3 limited fuzzy channels are very fuzzy. He then calls Turtle Mountain Communications , bottineau, nd to order the cable tv service , and is told the rates are different from the web page and would be $31.00 with hbo . with hbo being $11.00 & Basic channels $20.00 monthly.

He asked for this rate and was told the rate was $31.00 a month not $15.00.

He made several calls to this company and a few days later the web page was changed to read hbo $11.00 & $20.00 for basic service . he spent many hours trying to get the rate they first published and they wouldn't honor it.

he also made several calls to the main office and asked to speak with a head supervisor and to thos date 9/9/2007 has not had a response.

i feel they did this person wrong as the selling point i read was $15.00 and that fit in his limited budget not the $31.00 which would be a strain.
this is just plain wrong ...
