Tuso Consulting, Eye Novela, Skin Novela I was directed to a website offering a free trial of a skin care product after watching a video claiming to be touted on Shark Tank Reno Nevada

I clicked on a video presentation claiming to reduce bags under the eye. Shark Tank supposedly invested millions in this technology. Then there was an offer to receive a free sample by paying only a small shipping charge. Ten days after ordering this free 1/2 ounce sample jar of skin cream my credit card that I used to pay shiping was billed for $86.95. When I disputed the charge with the credit card issuer the company produced phoney documents indicating that I agreed to be billed for the free sample unless I cancelled before 14 day day trial period, which of course I did not.

And actually the 14 day trial began the day I ordered the product as I was billed ten days later not 14 days. The website I orderd from had no such terms listed. Now my credit card issuer is in support of the Tuso consulting due to the phoney information they provided. In their ocumentation they show a wbsite withn a picture of a product that in no way resembles the product I received. So this company has many websites, many different claims and terms and there is no way to prove which website you were directed to and what you actually agreed to. If such terms were on the website I ordered from they were well hidden and not readily available. I would never have ordered a skin care product that cost $86.95 for  1/2 ounce sample.
