I placed an order for some hair care products on September 13. I received an order confirmation, and the total for products and shipping ($71.69) was charged to my Credit Card on September 15. As of September 30, I haven't received a shipment, not even a shipment notice. I tried to contact their "Customer Service" online twice, and have gotten no response (after 5 days). The phone number listed is answered by a generic voicemail message with nothing specific, no company name.

Sure looks and smells like a RipOff to me.
