I found the web site thur search engine, ordered my hair care product, applied payment payed shipping for UPS, noticed the chat help was offline, following day payment deducted from my account, I never received a confirmation for shipping, I called the number and it was WRONG-ONLY A RECORDING for verizon, as well as another number on my payment receipt - recording to another wrong number -for conferance calling. I emailed the customer help 10 times. 1 week later still nothing. I have disputed the payment and canceled my card. They wont fraud me again.

And to the Tuvee Company - do not say I am a upset customer complaining like you did the other complaint-
because you are not truthful -there are other reports on you out there. I never received my product you took my money.

Better Business B. will hear about you too.
BUYERS BEWARE....Dont order from this company.
