I ordered a set of the live action tv series Shazam as a gift for my husband on May 6th,2007. Tvboxset.com charged my debit card, said that the ordered was shipped on May 8th. The confirmation # does not work, I have called repeatedly, only to hear a recording.

I have sent numerous e-mails to no avail. Is there anyway to get my money back?
