Garcia Media Group TV Box Set Charged card but never sent DVDs Montreal Internet

I previously ordered a full set of Columbo on DVD, advertised as complete collection in chronological order. Turned out to be very low quality DVDs, often grainy or off-color, with some episodes missing, some cut off at the end, and many duplicated. No quality control at all.

I later ordered 2 more series, placed as separate orders (Banachek & Mission Impossible), which were promptly charged to my credit card but never delivered after 2 months. Responses to my E-mails are canned statements that a "claim" is being submitted to their shipping department, but nothing is ever done.

I suggest you avoid purchasing anything from this site unless you are willing to role the dice and desperate for a TV series you cannot get anywhere else.
