After paying over $350 (plus $34 shipping) for 5 different TV series, the DVDs finally arrived and I immediately & randomly checked one of the DVDs. It was truly awful! Full of commercial content, weather reports and bits and pieces of some unidentified TV show.
The company is classicmediaDVD.com aka TV Box Sets and the DVDs arrived in a box sent from Qingdao Bei Sheng in China.
The next morning I sent an email through the vendor's website as well as one from my own ISP. The company (classicmediaDVD.com aka TV Box Sets) did not respond. After a few days, I send a 2nd request, which was also ignored. This morning I sent a 3rd request through my ISP and another through their website. That's FIVE...yes, 5...requests that have been ignored.
I've been all through the website and nowhere is there an address to be found, nor a phone number. The FAQ is by TV Box Sets.
I will be filing a complaint with my credit card company to receive a full refund.
