Ordered a TV at a great price Oct 27, 2017. Called next day to confirm purchase. They told me the tv I bought was an 8 panel and the quality was not good. They then tried too sell me on the 10 panel for $2000 more. I declined and told them to just send me what I ordered. A week passed, so I called to get an update on my order. They say it was on back order from the manufacturer, but I reminded them it was listed as available on their website. They said it would be updated and my TV would be shipped next week. Called the following week, and tv was still listed available and was on backorder. They then promised me my TV would arrive before Christmas. No tv, called again, assured me TV would arrive before New Year. Still no TV. How are they still in business!
