On 14 Dec 08, I ordered online, the DVD collection "WKRP in Cincinatti" as a Christmas gift for my wife. I requested that it be shipped ASAP in order to have it in time for Christmas.
It did not ship for three weeks and I later learned that it had been on back order. I was never informed of the status of my purchase.
I called, got no answer, left a voice message which was never replied to.
I e-mailed a number of times, got one delayed response to inform me that my purchase had shipped and was at my local Post Office awaiting delivery.
Finally, nearly four weeks after Christmas, the parcel was delivered, on Wednesday, January 14.
Upon opening and attempting to play our new DVD collection, the first three DVD's were rejected from my DVD player with an error message, "Disc Error". We did not attempt to play any more.
I have since e-mailed TV DVD Mania a number of times, requesting a refund of my money and instructions on where they would like me to return their defective merchandise. I have yet, after nearly a week, to get a single response and yes, I have checked my Junk Mail to see if they did not make it to my inbox.
This company is to be regarded with a great deal of suspicion and dealt with cautiously, since they are on "foreign" soil and once they have our money, getting it back may be next to impossible.
I paid for my purchase with PayPal and will file a complaint with them in an effort to ragain my money. Hopefully, I will not fall victim to this apparent den of thieves.

After several days and several e-mails explaining the defective condition of my purchase and my request for a refund, still no response from the folks at TvDVDMania.
It becomes more obvious that this is an ONLINE SCAM and buyers need to BEWARE of their website and it's flowery promises, which, so far, in my case, have not been kept.
