TV DVD Store Biggest RIP OFF EVER , Internet

When I contacted the TV DVD Store, they asked that I kindly note the boxed set is a "Fan's" boxed set, not the "Official" boxed set.  Ooookaaaayyy...basically, these DVDs are burned from someone's old VCR/Beta tapes, as the glitches look exactly like those on my old VCR tapes.  They are saying they will replace the DVDs, but I'm not going to hold my breath.  This has taught me a valuable lesson.  I found another website that looked "official", so I contacted them, but when I asked where they are physically located, guess what?  They did not respond, of course.  My DVDs are not in any sort of order.  There is no index to refer to, so you would have to go through and make your own if you want to find a particular episode.  The quality of the DVDs is not the best.  They are filled with glitches, skips and some will not play.  There are two commercials on one of the discs.  Oh, yeah...the sound quality is poor, too.  I have the volume ALL the way up and they are still hard to hear if there is noise in the room! 

This was the biggest rip off ever, and I now realize I will probably not get any replacement DVDs, and if I did, what difference would it make?  It would probably be replaced by another crappy disc!  LOL  All told, this has been a learning experience.  I don't want to bash doing business with China, but after this my caveat would be, "Let the buyer beware!"
