TV Ears TV Ears Do No Work After 3 Months - Bait and Switch Warrantee, Internet
*Consumer Comment: The "Old Bait & Switch"
Buyers beware!! Do not buy TV EARS! After less than 3 months a crack formed on the ear piece. I called to get warrantee replacement, but I was told that the crack, which is clearly A MANUFACTURERS DEFECT is not covered by the warrantee. The warrantee states that MANUFACTURERS DEFECTS are covered; however, this MANUFACTURERS DEFECT is somehow not covered. Dont waste your money. You will only get 3 months out of them and then if you call for warrantee, you will get the old bait and switch. Yes, they are covered by warrantee, with the exception of the problem you are having, which is not covered.

The "Old Bait & Switch"
AUTHOR: Ken - (USA)
SUBMITTED: Tuesday, August 30, 2011
Definition of "Bait and switch:
"Bait-and-switch is a form of fraud, most commonly used in retail sales but also applicable to other contexts. First, customers are "baited" by advertising for a product or service at a low price; second, the customers discover that the advertised good is not available and are "switched" to a costlier product."
