TV Guide Deceptive advertising of free gifts and preferred subscriber renewal rate. Boone , Iowa

Received TV Guide renewal offer from (Linda Stewart) stating preferred subscriber renewal rate for 57 issues of $60.00, with 2 free gifts (an Organizer Tote and Geneva Prestige Watch Set). TV Guide entered subscription renewal, but never sent the free gifts. Upon further checking, found there were lower renewal rates available, but felt the higher charge might be justified with the free gifts. Never got any of the free gifts. On 11/20/10, sent letter to TV Guide referencing offer and requesting reply on when free gifts would be sent; however, never got a reply. Because TV Guide never replied to the letter, on 12/16/10, sent an e-mail to TV Guide customer service referencing the letter and requesting response on when free gifts would be mailed. To date, have not received the gifts or a reply to my inquiries. Because of this lack of response, it appears that TV Guide does not intend to honor their advertisement and has not bargained in good faith.
