I order two games with 2 day shipping on December 12, 2006. As of December 22, 2006. No packages but several emails guaranteeing that I would receive the items by Christmas.
I wrote several emails to them due to not being able to speak to anyone on the phone telling them to cancel the order as it wasn't going to arrive in time.
No phone calls or answers back other than auto response telling me the order would be here by Christmas. Something arrived on December 26th, clearly not in time for Christmas so I refused to accept the shipment and it was returned.
Subsequently, I have written them several times and they have charged my account over and over. Now owing me a minimum of $111 in bank charges for items that were not accepted and were returned to them.
I have filed a complaint with the BBB and the FBI Internet claims and I called the local police to advise of the same.
To date they owe me....$171.90 and counting.
