TV Market Place - tvmarketplace.net - Chris Reoch ripoff, false avertising, Brookfield Wisconsin

In August I ordered a AB Chair, My check card was charged $101.73 and 10 days later I recieved an AB lounge, NOT an ab Chair. I had opened the package so UPS would not take it back.

I called TV market place and requested a call tag to send it back because I don't think I should have to pay the $30.00 to ship back something I didn't order. They said they would send one, 2 weeks later I called and they said they sent one but it must have gotten lost in the mail, they would send another.

2 more weeks went by and still no tag, I called again and this time they said that I called VISA and there was an enquiry into the account and I would have to wait till it was settled. I never called visa, but I called vias then and asked if there was an enquiry and they knew nothing about it. I called my bank and they knew nothing and said that you couldn't report things like that on a check card anyway.

It's now October 31st and I called once more, they are still telling me visa is envolved and that it dosen't matter if I opened it or not UPS will still take it back. I've told them about calling visa and UPS but they won't belive me and they hung up on me to boot. NO ONE sould use this company, if thats what you want to call it? more like scam artest
