T.v Market Place ripoff they havent sent my stuff that i order and i spent $449.79 on my stuff Brookfeild Wisconsin

On Nov.27,2006 i foud this tv market place website that had what i wanted and they had a good deal. I wanted to buy each of the grandmothers a My Robot Sweeper for christmas and they had them on sale buy 3@ $139.95 and get one free. Well I called the toll free number and placed the ordor and the amount came to $449.79. They told me that they would email me my order number,but I asked them if I could get it while I had them on the phone and they gave it to me and i told them to email it to me to. They also said that i would be getting a email from them that would give me a tracking number. Well i kept checking my email and nothing finally sixs day before christmas i called them and wanted to know when i would be getting a tracking number.

They told me that their wasnt a tracking number yet i told them that i was gettng nervous and they told me not to worry that my stuff would be hear before christmas. On Dec. 22 i check my email and their was my order number,the purchase,the shipping and handleing,the day it was purchased, and the tracking number with an email following that my stuff would be hear before christmas. Well christmas has came and went and still nothing. The tuesday after christmas i called all day until i finally got through and they told me that my stuff was on back order and that i would get my stuff on Dec.28th well nothing.

On Dec.29th i called and they told me that i would get my stuff the day after News Years day. Well i decided to call ups and find out wear my stuff was,but all they have is the billing info. Well on tuesday Jan.2, i started calling at 9:55am,but they dont open until 10:00, I stay on hold all day until i finally hung up at 7:00pm. I got up early the next day and started calling i finally got through to them. I have talked to three different men, their names are Douglas, Derick,and Paul. Paul talked to me and even offered me his email address Paul@tvmarket place.com something the other ones havent done. Well it is Jan.4th and im still on hold and nothing from ups or them. We contacted our bank to stop payment,but they still havent pulled the money out yet and we cant stop payment until they do. Now im mad and i want something done to this company. They told me that they could give me half price on my shipping,but the shipping only cost me $4.95 wasnt that nice of them. I will not order anything else from the enternet again.
