I ordered an "Shiatsu Messagong Cushion" on 12/21, and the web inidcated it was in stock. The picture on the web site is the same as a Homedic 300. I also ordered a "free" gift which included an "e-card". The given link did not work.
I paid an extra amount for "priority shipping". There was no indication of it being shipped, so I tried to call, and got the message "Mailbox Full". I tried to email, but got no reponse. I tried the "online chat" and got no response. I tried to FAX and got the repsponse "mailbox full".
I tried to cancel, but got no response - see above.
Getting nervous, I contacted my bank who told me to cancel my Credit Card so that they could not charge me, since they have a history of doing this.
As of 1/18/07 it still had nnot arrived, even though it was supposed to be here as a Christmas present and I had paid additional for the priority shipment.
After complaining to the Wisconson BBB I finally got the reponse that the item was not in stock. Their web site has always indicated that it is in stock.
A began researching these crooks. The BBB has over 431 complaints and they are ranked as having an unsatisfactory record.
Bottom line - stay away from these crooks. They have a terrible history of abuse, which is also probably illegal.

The original post left out the alias of TVMarketplace, and it may be miscatagorized as "internet fraud", even though it is. Probably should be "online business". Also, the BBB was totaly useless, saying the case was resolved just because tvmarketplace gave a bogus repsponse.
