Tvaddicts.com cheated me out of my money and did not send the dvs's that I ordered Internet

In December 2007 just before Christmas I ordered the "GunSmoke Complete " boxed set of the entire Gunsmoke episodes that were ever made. This was to be my husband and my Christmas gift to each other because we both really wanted them as we love Gunsmoke.
We did finally get a confrrmation e-mail stating that our movies had been backordered and should be in soon. My credit card has been charged
$ 260.18 and here it is February 12 and no dvd's. Their phone number no longer works when you try to call and no one has yet responded to my inquiry in their websites " chat with a representative".

My husband and I really wanted these movies. Now we are out of our money and our Chrismas gifts to each other. The biggest worry I have is that they have our credit card number on file I'm sure. Tomorrow I am going to either cancel my credit card or see if Visa can just stop any future payments to them, even though rumor had it that they have several alias's. From now on I will order my stuff through catalog sales or just do without. I will not purchase anything from here out via internet. It is not safe. I am too old for this kind of abuse.
