Ordered Banacak series by M/C for $89.99 on 07/17/07. Waited 3 weeks for delivery which never came. Contacted Jeff at tvboxset.com by e-mail, who actually returned a response. He advised me to wait 7 more business days, that confirmation # was bought by bulk and couldn't be tracked at this time. Also stated after 7 days if it didn't show up to re-contact him for a no hassle refund or be re-issued another Banack DVD. Since then he has not returned any e-mail inquiries.
