Warning! Products have been pirated... and poorly copied at that!

Don't be fooled as I was by their "100% Satisfaction Guarantee." They don't care if you're satisfied! The only way to contact them is to use their online form, to which they don't respond. The emails I was sent confirming my purchase and shipment each had a fake names attached to it.

I ordered two products from them as gifts. Each set of DVDs arrived in a broken VHS cassette case. The cases broke because no padding was used inside the shipping box - even though the boxes were shipped EMS across the Pacific Ocean! But this is just the tip of the iceberg.

Both sets of DVDs were plainly pirated. The DVD menus did not function properly, so one has to resort to choosing an episode in other ways - or simply fast forward through the disc! They couldn't even keep straight what TV series was being copied. I got duplicate discs and even a disc from another series altogether.
