I ordered the box set "The Scarecrow and Mrs. King" from TVDVD Warehouse. I believed the company was based in the United States of America. When I received the dvd's through the mail, I found that they had been shipped from China.

After opening the box, I also discovered that the dvd's had been taped off a family television site. The quality is terrible and the last thing I want in my home is pirated material.

There is really no way for me to contact the company. I have since then seen a lot of people that have reported the same type of ordeal.

I am hoping that by reporting this here, it will prevent others from going through the same thing.
