TVDVDWarehouse This website sells bootleg dvds, which I did NOT know then I ordered $200 of DVDs. ONE series was incredibly poorly recorded - sound was not understandable and the picture nothing but wavy lines; th Having no dvds at all would be better than bootleg from this company Internet

Do not buy from this comapny.  All are BOOTLEG and extremely poor ones at that.  I bought $200 worth of "rare" TV shows.  All I got was inaudible sound (if there were any at all) and very fuzzy lines and streaks on my TV.  One series was supposed to be original recordings of the hour long Flip Wilson Show - I got wavy lines, horrible noise (if any ata ll) and incredibly poor chopped up 1/2 hour verions.  Incredibly bad - my cat could record a program better on a bad day.  The second show was supposed to be Harry O - a70's show.  I got 3-4 episodes on one disc; then "the Brady Bunch" on all other discs though labeled Harry O.  I tired contacting them - no phone number; no address.  No way to contact them online.  No way to get a refund.  Don't get shafted by these people - incredibly dishonest.

I am suspicious

AUTHOR: schultz - (United States of America)

POSTED: Sunday, June 06, 2010

Recently, I placed an order with TVDVDWAREHOUSE.  I failed to give them the correct exp date of my credit card and, at this point, I am glad I did.  I emailed them after placing the order asking very specific questions about the DVD's (the Walker, Texas Ranger series).  Here is a copy of my email (I will follow with a phone number they provided):

I am still waiting for a response to my questions below. I am interested in the DVD's but you completely disregarded my questions.

If you scroll down you will see that my email read as follows:

I didn't put in the exp date. It must default to 1110. Where do I go to correct that? Also, I understand Walker, Texas Ranger was never officially released. Are these the actual episodes from the 9 seasons? What is a "collector's/fan" version and what's the difference from what you are selling to what it would be had it been officially released? Also, are they brand new(I know it says that on your web site) and are they unopened? Please respond asap and let me know where to go to put in the correct credit card info. Thanks. Please respond as soon as possible. Thank you.

"Dear "my name", Thank you for your interest in our product(s): 1x660 . Unfortunately, your card was not billed successfully. Your Order ID: "my order ID and credit card info" EXPIRATION DATE (MM/YY): 1110 CVV Number:"my cvv number"There may be many reasons for this declination, such as:

1. Incorrect credit card details, such as card number, or CVV

2. Incorrect billing address/name submitted

3. Or your credit card may require pre-authorization from the bank to approve the purchase Do contact your card company for assistance. Rest assured as well that your declined order will be reprocessed and put up for billing again in another 5 working days. Do let us know if you have any questions. We look forward to hearing from you. Best regards, Customer Support"

END OF MY EMAIL WITH COMPANY

They completely disregard my questions about the authenticity and condition of the DVDs.  I also received emails from "Kimberly Weiss". Notice, after my last email to them reasking the questions because I am interested in purchasing a legitimate copy of these DVDs, they respond with nothing but the letter v.  I sent an email back letting them know I don't speak in "V" and to please elaborate.  At this point, I started researching them on line(should have much sooner, I am dissappointed in myself even though I got lucky) and found your complaint.  They had left me a phone message with the following phone number to contact them: (450)318-1101. That is a Canada area code. It was a girl claiming her name was Alicia.  I called it and got a recorded message to leave all pertinant information.  I believe no one will ever answer but I tried on a Sunday.  I will try again on Monday.

If you paid with a credit card, contact your credit card company and let them know what happened.  You should qualify for a charge back.
