I ordered Outer Limits Complete 7 Seasons 154 episodes for $199 on 7/9 from TVDVDWORLD, they started sending me emails stating the item was on back order and would be sent in 5-7 days. I cancelled my order via a "refund my order" link on their email.
On 7/28/08 at 9 am they sent an email stating they were unable to charge my credit card and asked for another. At 3:45 pm they sent another email that my order had been shipped and my card charged. A link for the shipping co. and a tracking # were provided, shippers had no record of my tracking #, to this day, they still don't.
I called their 800 number 5 times and waited on hold for at least 20 minutes each time. I tried their "Live Chat" link on their site, as soon as you type and send it disappears. I tried emailing them several times, every single one came back "Undeliverable".
My bank informed me of Several unauthorized charges on my debit card, to include being charged twice for the dvd's. $400 !!! These people are the scum of the earth. I am going to take EVERY action I can to get them busted and shut down.
